On October 19, 2023, in the prestigious conference hall of Florim Ceramiche in Fiorano Modenese, we proudly participated in the Expo Day of the Motor Valley Accelerator, an event that represents an annual benchmark in the automotive sector. Since we started this adventure in the heart of Modena four years ago, our journey has been characterized by constant growth and innovation.During the event, we had the opportunity to present our innovative project, developed in collaboration with Dallara Automobili and Acus. The project kicked off in late July, when we shared our vision with Dallara and received immediate and positive feedback. As early as the next day, we began work on the fabrication of a 1:1 scale component for a Super Formula car, supplied by Dallara. The component, an engine cover located behind the driver's head, was developed using our advanced technologies. We integrated supercapacitor cells inside the component, turning it into an electrical energy storage unit. Acus contributed by making the mold and manufacturing the carbon fiber part, demonstrating excellent synergy in our project. The goal was to demonstrate how two innovative technologies could converge into a single product, creating a high-value concept for both the product and the manufacturing process. Our collaboration with Dallara allowed us to combine our innovative spirit with their well-established expertise in the field of composites, overcoming challenges and completing the project in less than three months. At Expo Day, we shared our success in the panel "Greening the Track: Advancing Motorsports with Sustainable Innovations," together with Luca Vescovi of Dallara Automobili, Matteo Bertocchi, our CEO and co-founder, and Riccardo Bergamin, CEO of Acus. The project was further discussed in the panel "Innovation through the Eyes of Dallara" by Andrea Pontremoli, CEO and General Manager of Dallara Automobili. With growing interest from Dallara, we are excited to continue this collaboration, exploring new technological frontiers and validating further innovations.
